CHICKEN CHAUTAUQUA

A Webb’s family favorite, Chicken Chautauqua is one of our most popular autumn recommendations. Lightly breaded and pan-fried, then topped with bacon and poulee sauce, this delectable entree, served with a your choice of potato, has been a home-cooked staple throughout the years. Pair with a crisp white wine like riesling or pinot grigio.

CARAMELIZED CABERNET PETIT FILET

A highly sought after menu choice this Fall, the Caramelized Cabernet Petit Filet — one of four seasonal entrees offered on our Harvest Menu, features a grilled 6-oz. filet mignon, topped with caramelized onions and covered with a cabernet wine sauce for a delicious explosion of flavor. Served with a loaded baked potato (a meal in its own right) and paired with a cabernet or a pinot noir, this dish is a beef-lover’s dream come true!

MAPLE PECAN-CRUSTED SALMON

What can we possibly say about this dish? Ummm, try it… You will love it! If you like fish and if you like salmon, you will not be disappointed. In fact, you may even come back the next day for a second helping.

The Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon was highlighted on our Harvest Menu and has received many rave reviews. One guest even exclaimed, “That dish was ‘to die for!’” A thick cut filet of broiled salmon, smothered with brown sugar and a maple pecan coating, served with brandy-glazed carrots: the Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon is something to experience.

OVEN-ROASTED PORK LOIN

This delicious dish is just what the doctor ordered for a chilly Fall day. The slow-roasted, dry-rubbed pork roast is so savory and exquisite that it will make you keep wanting more! Overlaid with a bourbon peppercorn sauce, this dish is a fantastic way to warm yourself up from the inside out. As a complement to the meal, we suggest a Dry Riesling from our friends at 21 Brix in Westfield.

EGGPLANT PARMESAN

Don’t worry, Veggie Lovers: we didn’t forget about you! Our eggplant parmesan, a delectable Italian specialty dish is absolutely scrumptious. Fresh eggplant, breaded and and pan-sauteed to perfection, then covered with our chef’s own homemade marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese. This dish is a year round favorite amongst our guests.
